Every order is a trust we carry. Here is what to expect when you shop with House of Zainab.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code. International delivery is not currently offered.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹1,499 or more: free standard delivery.
• Orders below ₹1,499: ₹50 standard delivery.

The threshold applies to the combined value of all products in your cart after discounts, before delivery charges. It applies whether you buy one item or several items. The delivery charge is shown before you place your order.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within approximately 7 days of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take a further 2–3 days. Please allow approximately 9–10 days from order confirmation to delivery.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing may vary with your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather or other transport delays. Remote locations may take longer. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible, serviceable PIN codes in India. We do not charge an additional COD fee. The standard delivery charges above still apply.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number is available, you can follow its progress using the tracking details for your order. If you need help locating your shipment, contact us with your order number.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch; changes after dispatch depend on the courier.

If a delivery attempt fails, tracking stops updating, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier and explain the next steps. Contact us before arranging a replacement shipment.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please report an issue within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video. A continuous unboxing video is recommended, but genuine complaints can be assessed with other evidence. See our Returns, Replacements & Refunds policy for full details. This does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
